Shipping & Tracking
1) How long until my order ships?
Fulfillment time is about 2-3 during non-peak times. This means the order is processed, paid for, printed, and shipped.
2) How do I track my order?
Tracking info is emailed to the address used at checkout with a link to follow your package.
3) How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is typically 3 days to a week from the shipping date. This does depend on location, weather, and other factors.
4) Do you ship internationally?
Not now, but soon.
Yes. International rates and times vary by country; customs or duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Orders & changes
5) How can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order to request changes or cancellations. After printing begins we are not be able to modify the order.
6) How long does it take to receive a replacement or refund?
Once a return or defect is approved, replacements typically ship within 3–7 business days; refunds process within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Returns, defects & exchanges
7) Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, contact us within 60 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Return shipping cost applies unless the item is defective.
8) What if my item is defective or incorrect?
Email customersupport@purrposefulthreads.com with photos and your order number within 60 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Product care & materials
9) How do I care for my shirt?
Turn shirts inside out before washing. Use cold water, gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or air dry to minimize shrinkage and protect the print.
10) What are the material details and sizing?
Material and sizing info are listed on each product page. If you need help choosing a size, contact us with your measurements and the product name.
Designs & collaboration
11) Are designs original?
Yes. All designs are created by Bob or collaborating independent artists. We do not use AI-generated images.
12) Can I collaborate as an artist or designer?
Yes, we welcome collaborators. Use the Contact Us page, and we can begin working on something.
Donations & transparency
13) How do donations work?
We donate 60% of profit from each sale to vetted no-kill cat shelters, registered charities, or cat-specific GoFundMe campaigns. Donations are made personally in Bob’s name; proof is available on request.
14) Can I request proof of donation?
Yes, email customersupport@purrposefulthreads.com or use the Contact Us Page and ask for what proof you want such as a screen shot or the receipt.
15) Can I suggest a charity or GoFundMe?
Yes, use the Contact Us page and include a link and brief reason. We review suggestions and prioritize verified, cat-focused causes.
