Every order takes 2-3 business days to process payment and prepare for shipment. During this time, we're carefully crafting your items and quality-checking everything to make sure it's perfect. We work with trusted logistics and fulfillment partners to optimize delivery, and we ship orders from the closest available location to you—this helps get your order to you faster.
During peak seasons—like the holidays, Black Friday, and other high-demand periods of production shipping times may increase beyond our standard timelines. We encourage you to plan ahead and place your order early during these busy times to avoid disappointment.

Shipping Timeframes
After your order leaves our facility, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days to reach you. (This is on top of the 2-3 day processing period, so plan for roughly 6-10 business days total from order to delivery.)
Delivery timeframes depend on your location. Orders shipping to different regions may arrive at different speeds based on distance and carrier routes.
We can't guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control such as carrier delays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances can all affect timing. We do our best to keep things moving smoothly, but we want to be honest about what's realistic.

Holiday Ordering Deadlines (Domestic)
Planning to gift a shirt this holiday season? Order by December 11 to have the best chance of receiving your items before Christmas. In general the earlier you buy is better for the Holiday season to avoid the delivery rush, unexpected delays, and etc. We suggest buy 2 - 4 weeks before the Holiday.
Stock availability and production capacity during peak season can affect these timelines, so the earlier you order, the better. When in doubt, reach out to us—we're happy to give you a realistic timeline for your location.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey in real time.
What to Do If Tracking Shows a Delay
If your tracking information indicates a significant delay, we recommend:
- Waiting a few more days—delays sometimes resolve on their own
- Contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number for specific information
- Reaching out to us if the delay extends beyond the expected delivery window—we're here to help
Lost or Damaged Orders
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
We take pride in our packaging, but accidents happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 60 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to either replace your items or issue a refund.
If Your Order Doesn't Arrive
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking information first
- Contact the carrier if tracking shows it's lost or stuck
- Reach out to us within 60 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate and either reship your order or process a refund
